Origin Dyfed is a co-operative set up by local craftmakers in 1990. The gallery is run by and for the makers and can be found in the heart of the market town of Carmarthen, opposite the bus station. The aims of the cooperative are: to promote the craft industry in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, to raise local standards of professional creativity and to provide a professional body to represent, support and promote local craftmakers and artists.
